Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your JMP The Label pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process for all unworn items with original tags and liners intact. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
